Studying Music and Piano Teaching made me realize I want to dive into the world of education even further, and I am pursuing this interest now in my new study programme, German Language Teaching, at the same faculty. CU helped me find amazing friends, both international and local, and thanks to the wide range of possibilities what Prague has to offer, I discovered new hobbies like historical fencing or being a City Guide.

With a master’s in animal genetics from Zagreb, I came to CU for my PhD in evolutionary biology. For four years, I’ve been a student ambassador. I recharge in the countryside and love chatting about animals (especially dogs), nature, science, fun facts, space, cartoons, and food.

Ever since I was young, I wanted to study medicine. My family and I often talked about making this dream a reality, even considering Charles University at that time. After completing a German high school diploma and two years of Biology, the chance finally came—now I’m here.

I moved to Czechia in 2018 to study General Medicine at the First Faculty of Medicine in Prague. After graduating in 2024, I began working as a resident in Neuroradiology at University Hospital Heidelberg in Germany. I joined the Alumni Ambassador programme because I truly enjoyed my time in Prague.
I came to CU as a double degree student and graduated from PPE in 2024. I loved Prague for its vibrant cultural scene and living history. Since my graduation, I have been living and working in Switzerland. I love studying, hiking, arts and exciting books, mainly in combination with a good coLee.
I moved to Prague at 18 to pursue my passion for medicine. I challenged myself proving that living in another country can be exciting and fulfilling. I love meeting new people, exploring different cultures, meditation, crocheting, and finding new ways to stay creative and balanced.
