Third Faculty of Medicine

The Third Faculty of Medicine stands out for its unique teaching approach. Its “modules” combine related subjects, which are taught and examined concurrently, allowing students to gain a comprehensive understanding of the topics and interconnect their knowledge. In fact, it is the only medical school in Central and Eastern Europe to offer such revised integrated curriculum. Emphasis is placed on acquiring practical skills and an individualised approach to study. Students interact with patients from their first year through both classes and practical training. The faculty is also renowned for its friendly and distinctive atmosphere.
