Annotation

The graduate has acquired additional theoretical, professional and methodological competences in adult education and personnel management, the graduate has been equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills for the field of applied social psychology, familiarity with the field’s social-political context. The graduate has acquired competencies to create strategies, concepts and methodologies, to work in consulting, and to do research in the field. An individual study plan modification with subjects that should be chosen from has deepened or expanded the graduate’s expertise. The graduate is ready for work as a specialist, manager or researcher.
